Who are customs Agents?
Any individual or company that is licensed by Customs to carry out clearance procedure and clearance logistics on behalf of a company or individual.
Customs Agents Roles
They include:

- Retaining all documents related to customs transactions in an orderly, itemized manner.
Clearing Agents and Freight Forwarders will assist you with the necessary customs transactions.
A Freight Forwarder will arrange for your goods to be transported from one country to another while a Clearing Agent will make sure that your goods are cleared with customs.
